Placing An Order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

This contract is covered by English law.

Selling to Children

Silver Shell Ltd does NOT sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use agskinrepair.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit and debit cards in partnership with Worldpay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group. Please note that your payment card will be debited in pounds sterling. You may use MasterCard, Visa, Electron, Delta or Switch.
The prices shown are regardless of country of delivery.
All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners from fraud and therefore will report to the necessary authorities any person attempting to use a card to which they are not authorised to use.

Delivery & Carriage Charges

Typically orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance, however please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

We reserve the right to choose the most cost effective means of delivery.

We can only accept a claim for non-delivery if you inform the help line within 28 days of placing the order (see section on complaints). Risk of damage to or loss of the product passes to the customer at the point at which they are delivered.

Free delivery is available on orders over £50

Split Delivery

Delivery of your order may be split into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility.

Order Confirmations

When you place an order via our internet service you will receive two emails. An order confirmation from us and a “Thank you, you’ve paid” confirmation email from Worldpay. Please retain both of these emails.
All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance at our discretion.

Cancellation & Returns

Distance Selling Regulations state that you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. All products must be received by us in good condition, unopened, undamaged and in all the original packaging.

We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Unforeseen circumstances

While we aim to ensure that all prices, pictorial and textual specifications are correct, errors may occur. If an error is discovered, it will be rectified at the earliest opportunity.

Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding a product arriving in a damaged condition please contact us within seven days of delivery – for details of how to contact us go to the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website. Complaints will be acknowledged within two working days.
Any other complaints regarding defects in quality or condition of the product must be notified to us within seven days of the defect being found.

All refunds are at our discretion and subject to the product being used correctly and according to manufacturers recommendations.

Liability

The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.

Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the total value of the defective product only.

Use of Website

You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Any and all material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act 1998).
